Walk to Defeat ALS & "100 Reasons to Laugh"
Video Project

Often referred to as Lou Gehrig's Disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. The life expectancy of an ALS patient averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis. This crippling disease can strike anyone and there is no known cause. These reasons and more are why we choose to join the Walk to Defeat ALS in September, 2012 to raise funds for the EPlusThree project. Additionally, Dana McKinney, daughter of Time To Spare, LLC owner Debbie McKinney, completed the video, "100 Reasons to Laugh" to raise funds for EPlusThree in honor of Eric Lino who was diagnosed with ALS in 2011. Together, the mother-daughter team raised over $340.00 to add to the entire team's total of $2,450.00 raised to fight this life altering disease.
